iiG participated as a speaker at the InsureX FORUM 2024: Insurance Technology & Marketing, an event specifically for the insurance industry. Ms. Kanchalee Samleerat, Managing Director and Founder of Diginative, a subsidiary of iiG, gave a presentation on the topic “Driving Insurance Business by Customer Data” on 26th June 2024 at True Digital Park.

Ms. Kanchalee presented strategies and business cases covering the use of customer data and world-class technology from Salesforce to assist insurance businesses in various aspects, such as enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency, personalized communication for cross-sales, predictions, and AI-driven decisions for the future.
