Recently, iiXP Company Limited, a consultancy specializing in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Management, a subsidiary of iiG and Salesforce Thailand, a leading global CRM platform provider from the USA, jointly organized a seminar titled “Digital Marketing Readiness: Navigating the New Era.” The event aimed to update marketing trends and introduce new technologies such as AI for businesses in the financial and insurance sectors.
