Recently, iiG organized a Go-Live Celebration for the design, development, and implementation of the CRM & Telephony system using world-class technologies from Salesforce and Genesys for Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited. This project aims to enhance service delivery and customer experience for their Customer Service team.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Chotiphat Pichanon, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited, and Mr. Somchai Mekhawanroj, Chief Executive Officer of iiG. They both spoke about the project's success and expressed their gratitude to the teams from both companies who collaborated to bring the project to a successful completion.
